What a week

What a week.

I’ve had a crap-ton of homework, and an analysis paper on the acquisition of Gillette by Procter & Gamble in 2005/2006.  I’ve also worked out three times and managed to pull a muscle in my neck doing sit-ups on the ball. FUN!

Oh yeah, we also have a new President. Tuesday was pretty exciting, yea? And so far, sounds like he is off to a decent start. Although, he will mess up- all Presidents do. I’m just glad for the end of an error… (I have to thank Randy for introducing me to that joke. Love it!)

Did you all watch the inauguration day?

I thought it was great that the President, First Lady, Vice-President, and Second Lady all walked multiple times during the parade. I thought that sent a strong message.  (Can’t kill me bitch, I have secret service!!)

His speech was fitting for the times. Sober but strong. The only issue I had, is one I have with ALL politicians. Giving THAT speech with Bush sitting right there. Ouch. Also, the crowds were (from what I gather) really disrespectful to Bush. I mean, he isn’t my favorite President. But Booing the leader of our  country seems… wrong.

I thought the Balls were excessive but I always think that. I did enjoy the first dance.  It wasn’t pretentious.
