Post Workout Proteins

After working out, I try to eat something within 30 minutes. If I can’t get food inside of me, I turn to one of the following two options:
Nature’s Best Isopure Natural (1 scoop); or
Optimum Nutrition Natural Pro Complex (1 to 2 scoops).
I do NOT take the recommended dose. I usually use only one scoop. Normally, this will give you enough protein. If you are on a lean phase (weight lose phase) of working out, use the IsoPure Naturals. If you are on a weight gaining phase, then go for the Optimum Nutrition Pro Complex (even up to the full dose). I like the natural versions of proteins because they avoid the use of artificial sweeteners.
